Ault Global Holding's (NYSE:DPW) will buy another 3K S19j Pro model Antminers under a purchase agreement with Bitmain Technologies for a total purchase price of $21M and additional transaction costs of ~$2M, on top of the 1K Antminers received earlier this week. The deployment of the 3K Antminers is scheduled to take place at a pace of ~300 units per month between October 2021 and July 2022; they will be deployed at the company's Michigan data center. Installation of all 4K Antminers is expected to be completed in July 2022. The company anticipates gross revenue from its cryptocurrency mining operations to reach an annual run rate of $45M-50M.
